Community Engagement Fund

NBCC’s Community Engagement Fund (CEF) provides funding for initiatives that support our vision of transforming lives and communities. If you have a project that aligns with NBCC’s vision, purpose, and values, complete the application below to tell us how NBCC can amplify your work with a donation, sponsorship, or gift-in-kind.

Past Projects

Some of the projects that NBCC has supported in the past include:

  • Pledge in support of NBCC staff and students participating in Miramichi’s Coldest Night of the Year
  • Pledge to Santa’s Helpers Telethon in Charlotte County
  • Sponsorship of Junior Achievement in Fredericton, Moncton, and Saint John
  • Donating items for Laubach Literacy’s annual auction gala
  • Sponsoring a tree for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Carleton York’s Festival of Trees, with staff using Employer Supported Volunteer Leave to help decorate
  • Sponsoring student participation in conferences and networking opportunities

How to Apply

Note: Please submit your application at least four weeks prior to the event or project.
  1. Fill out the Application Form
  2. Optional: Provide any supporting documentation that may help us better understand your request and how NBCC can support your work.  
  3. Submit application and any supporting documentation to: community.leadership@nbcc.ca
  4. All applications will be reviewed and a member of our team will provide a status update within 30-days of applying.
