As an NBCC employee, you'll join more than 1,000 people at 6 campuses (Fredericton, Moncton, Saint John, Miramichi, St. Andrews and Woodstock) working to build New Brunswick's economy and improve quality of life through education and innovation. Better yet, you'll do it all in a supportive environment offering a competitive salary, great benefits and more.
Step 1: Apply
Complete and submit an online application to the job you’re interested in. After you submit your online application, you can expect to receive a confirmation email from us indicating that we've received your application. You'll hear from us within four weeks after the job posting closes to let you know your application status.
Step 2: Screening
Your application will be reviewed and if you're invited to an interview, an NBCC representative will contact you by email (secondarily by phone, if unable to reach you by email) to provide details on next steps. If your application does not proceed to the next steps, we'll still notify you by email.
Step 3: Interview
Our interviews are conducted virtually by a selection panel and are approximately 60 minutes in length. Interview questions will be provided in advance. During your interview, you may be required to deliver a presentation or teaching demonstration. If so, we'll provide you with the details in advance.
Step 4: Offer
A hiring decision is typically made within two weeks of the interview. You'll be notified of the outcome either way. We're also happy to provide feedback on your interview if you're not selected.
