NEW We have moved to using EduRoam as our primary connection to Wifi. If you are a returning student, you will no longer use “NBCC” or “NBCC-Hotspot”
to connect. Below you will find instructions on how to connect your device to the EduRoam network.
This option should work for devices using Windows 8.1 and 10, as well as Mac OSX and the more current versions of Apple IOS and Android.
If you have already activated your NBCC account, skip to section C below.
A. I have NOT activated my NBCC account
- From any internet connected device, open a web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer) and go to https://nbcc.ca/it-services/get-started. If you do not have a connected device, your local campus help desk or Student Success Center should have a kiosk available for you to activate your account.
- Click on “Activate your account”.
- Fill out the form. You will set up your account password on the second page of the form.
B. Great, I have activated my account. Now what?
