Wireless/Wifi Access

eduroam is our primary connection to Wifi. This option should work for devices using Windows 10 and 11, and Mac OSX 11+ and the more current versions of Apple iOS and Android.

Note: If you have already activated your NBCC account, skip to section B below.

A. I have NOT activated my NBCC account

  1. 1. From any internet connected device, open a web browser (e.g. Microsoft Edge) and go to https://nbcc.ca/it-services/get-started.  If you do not have a connected device, your local campus help desk or Student Success Center should have a kiosk available for you to activate your account.
  2. Click on “Activate your account”.
  3. Fill out the form. You will set up your account password on the second page of the form.

B. Great, I have activated my account.  Now what?
