You may pay your Tuition via online or telephone banking
To access your online bank account, visit the following sites: Royal Bank,
CIBC, Scotiabank, TD Canada Trust, BMO Bank of Montreal and National Bank.
- NBCC’s online internet banking payment option applies to NBCC’s full-time programs.
It does not currently apply to specialized full-time programs,
post-graduate programs, part-time courses, online courses, academic upgrading,
professional development, customized training, or apprenticeship courses.
- Contact your bank to ensure that you are registered for online/telephone banking.
- Add New Brunswick Community College (NBCC) as a payee to your payment profile. If your Canadian bank does not have NBCC set up as a payee, please advise us by e-mailing selfservicesupport@nbcc.ca . NBCC will contact the requested bank, if possible,
and request to have NBCC listed as a payee that will take 6 to 8 weeks to activate.
- Use your Student ID number as your payee account number (this is a numeric ID only, 7 characters -- e.g. 1234567). If your Student ID number is less than the full 7 characters, then apply leading zeroes as required to properly fill the field, e.g.
Student ID “12345” is input “0012345”.
- Enter the amount to be paid and the date on which you would like to pay it.
- Complete the transaction as if you are paying a utility bill.
Note: Payments made with this method can take 2-3 business days to be received by NBCC and processed to your account. For this reason, payment should be made in advance of the tuition payment
deadline to ensure it has been processed by the deadline.
