Counselling Resources and Support
Online Mental Health Support
myWellness provides immediate counselling support and resources for students experiencing mental health issues through virtual counselling, and tools that help with student-life and mental-health balance, available 24/7. Find more details on your myWellness Program.
Peer Support
The Talk Campus app provides a support network allowing students access to instant, virtual support at any time of day, for as long as needed. TalkCampus is based on peer support with students supporting students. Download the TalkCampus app to your iOS or Android device to access the free platform and create an account using your NBCC email address
Sexual Violence Resources and Support
NBCC students have access to Sexual Violence Support Advocates Hilary Swan and Megen Gaudet who, together, offer support to survivors of sexual violence. This goes beyond providing resources and allows survivors to develop a personal connection with someone and find a safe place to feel heard, believed, and validated while they work to explore options available to survivors.
