Requests for Refunds are the responsibility of the student to submit.
Please see the academic calendar for eligible refund dates prior to submitting a refund request. Refunds do not include non-refundable fees, i.e. confirmation deposit fee, other non-refundable fees etc. per tuition policy.
International students (with proof of study permit refusal) who did not attend classes (in-person or virtual) are entitled to a 100% refund; less non-refundable confirmation deposit fee. International students who choose to remain enrolled in studies remotely from their country (without a study permit final approval) who attended class; standard refund policy applies.
Students who are sponsored or receiving student loans will have the refund sent to the sponsoring agency or lending institution.
