In the coming months, NBCC will transition to a new application portal. This change will take effect for prospective students submitting applications for programs starting in Winter 2026 and beyond. We appreciate your patience as we work to enhance the application process and improve your experience.
Want to apply but not sure how? Follow the steps below to submit your application.
Select a Program and Campus location by researching options on our Full-Time Programs page. You may apply for up to 2 programs.
Once you have made your decision, take note of the following program details:
Official program name
Campus location or Online delivery
When it is being offered (Fall, Winter, Spring or Summer)
Review the Program Admission Profile associated with your program of choice and ensure you meet, or demonstrate that you’re working towards meeting, the requirements identified in that profile.
Official High School transcript of marks is required for all Profiles with the exception of Profile F. (Please note that a copy of your high school diploma does not meet requirements).
Profile F applicants submit an official post-secondary transcript of marks.
Other required document may include GED Diploma, Adult High School Diploma or proof of English Language Proficiency.
Applicants with a modified or adjusted curriculum plan indicated on their high school transcript will be referred to our Special Admissions pathway.
Applicants who do NOT meet program admission profile requirements, who are 21 years of age or older, may apply via our Mature Student pathway.
Once your application is submitted, refer to Step 7 for instructions on submitting required documents demonstrating how you meet, or are in the process of meeting, the program admission requirements.
Seat availability changes quickly throughout the application period. All applicants should check the status of available seats, or waitlisted programs, prior to applying. Refer to our Seats Available page for more information.
Be prepared to pay the $50 (non-refundable) Application fee in order to complete and submit your application.
Watch your email for updates on your application and your Letter of Acceptance (LOA). The $250 confirmation deposit is due 14 days from the date your LOA is issued.
Record Your Application Account Info: To update or access your application account you will need to recall the email address used to apply, password, and answers to standard security questions created at account setup.
Contact Information: Address, Phone, Email. It is important to provide an active email address as all NBCC Admissions communications regarding your application will be sent via email.
High School Information:
Name of High School and dates attended (e.g.: September 2000 to June 2004)
Official transcript sent via email, mail or dropped off in person (see Step 7)
GED or Adult High School Diploma: If High School studies were not completed proof of completion of GED or AHSD is required.
Post-Secondary Information:
Name of institution attended
Years attended
Level achieved, or years of partial completion
Official transcript sent via email, mail or dropped off in person (see Step 7)
Official Program Name, Campus and Start Term: This is the important information researched and noted in Step 1.
Apply Online – You can save and return to your application any time during the process prior to final submission.
It is important to note that an application is considered complete and date/time stamped as such when the application fee is paid AND all required documentation is received by NBCC Admissions (see Step 4 for payment options).
Once your online application is submitted watch your email for important communications from NBCC Admissions.
You will receive an email indicating what documentation is required to complete the application and have 30 days to provide the required documents.
Failure to provide documentation within the 30-day timeframe will result in your application being withdrawn as incomplete.
Transcripts may also be dropped off in person at an NBCC campus in a sealed envelope from the issuing institution or mailed to:
NBCC Admissions 1234 Mountain Road Moncton, NB E1C 8H9
All submitted documents become the property of NBCC and will not be returned.
As part of NBCC’s First Qualified, First Accepted admissions process, qualified applicants who apply first will be admitted first. To do so, applicants must submit a complete application package that will be time-stamped upon receipt [see ADMISSIONS POLICY (pdf)].

of those treaties - peace, respect and friendship.
