Application Open & Close Dates

To review the campus and intake your desired program is offered in, please check the program profile in our Full-Time Programs list. It is important to note that not all campus-specific programs are offered in each intake.

All programs are currently accepting applications from Canadian & Permanent Resident Applicants. Seat availability changes happen continuously - contact one of our NBCC Student Recruitment Advisors to find out if there is availability in your program(s) of choice. Learn more about how to apply.

Important Information:

• You can expect to receive updates regarding application status within 6 - 8 weeks from the date your application is submitted.
• All applications received are time and date stamped on completion which sets the priority for the evaluation process. Evaluation decisions will be issued by email only once the evaluation is completed.
• Evaluations are completed on a campus-specific program basis.  Applications and admission offers are not transferrable between campuses, programs or intakes.

Grade 11 Applicants

Applications for Grade 11 students are open on April 1st and are available to Canadian and Permanent Resident students residing in New Brunswick.

Inclusive Education Pathway Applicants

The deadline for Inclusive Education Pathway Applications depends on the start date of the program you choose.  Please note the application deadlines for the upcoming academic year:

Indigenous Applicants

To increase opportunities and access to programs, a designated seat is allocated for Indigenous applicants in each of our programs and held until June 1st of each year. Indigenous applicants can still apply after June 1^st; however, a designated Indigenous seat may no longer be available meaning applicants will fall into the total New Brunswick applicant pool. Conditional Documents Deadlines

All applicants that have been conditionally accepted to their program are required to send in final documents by the deadlines listed below to complete their acceptance. Please see examples below of the types of documents required and the deadlines to provide them to admissions.

• A final transcript of marks with proof of graduation
• English Language Requirements
• Documentation of specific educational requirements

Notes:

• When submitting final documents to the NBCC Admissions Team, please submit your documents in your NBCC Application Portal by clicking the "Upload Document" button.
• If you are currently enrolled in an upgrading course that will not be completed by the conditional document deadline, please message us in your NBCC Application Portal.

Tuition and Fees Due Dates

The confirmation deposit deadline can be found in the Academic section, indicated as “Payment Deadline”, in your NBCC Application Portal. It is important to note that your seat will be cancelled if payment is not received by the deadline and this confirmation deposit is non-refundable.

Deadlines to Apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

RPL applications must be submitted by the Monday following the first week of classes in the term for which you are requesting RPL.
