Student Self-Service

T2202 and T4A tax forms for 2025 will be available through Student Self-Service beginning February 26, 2026.

Login to Student Self-Service to:

  • Verify and update personal information including:
    • Preferred Name (For primary name changes please contact studentrecords@nbcc.ca)
    • Mailing and Home Addresses
    • Email Addresses (must be current to receive NBCC communications)
    • Phone Numbers
    • Emergency Contacts
    • Consent for Disclosure (Including for Graduation Purposes)
    • Canadian Social Insurance Number (SIN) for Tax Forms
  • Access class schedules (visible closer to class start date)
  • Pay tuition and applicable fees
  • Download unofficial transcripts
  • Download T2202 and T4A tax forms
