IT Service Desk - How to Get Help

The NBCC IT Service Desk offers several ways to get support. The NBCC Support Portal is the fastest and most effective way to request service or report an issue.

1) NBCC Support Portal (Recommended – Available 24/7)

Use the Support Portal to find solutions and submit requests at any time.

  • Browse the Knowledge Base for help with common issues
  • Submit a service request or incident ticket
  • Track the status of your requests in one place

All submitted tickets are reviewed and prioritized during regular business hours.

2) Phone Support (Voicemail) – 1‑855‑216‑6688

If you are unable to access the Support Portal, you may leave a voicemail.

Please include:

  • Student ID number
  • Your full name
  • A contact phone number or email address
  • A brief description of the issue

All voicemails are reviewed and prioritized during regular business hours.


3) Walk‑In Support (On‑Site)

On‑site IT Service Desk support is available Monday to Friday, 8:15 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays, at the following campus locations:

  • St. Andrews: Room A2210
  • Woodstock: Room A2206
