IT Services for Students

NBCC has the technical expertise on-site at all of our campuses. If you need help with technology, you found the right place!

Our goal is to provide students with technical resources which support teaching, learning, research and administrative functions.

Students are encouraged to use their own technology devices while attending NBCC. Refer to Program Technology Requirements to find out the technology requirements for your program and what is supported by IT Services at NBCC.  If you experience issues with your device, please reach out to NBCC’s technicians through the help desk and they can provide guidance on how to resolve your issues. All hardware-related issues will be redirected to the manufacturer/place of purchase. We recommend an extended warranty!

Computer Diagnostics

Labs are available for student use as well. Check with your instructor to find a lab that best suits your needs.

If you continue to have problems, we recommend backing up all data on your computer and doing a full system restore. Talk to an NBCC technician for advice on what to do.
