Experience: A regulator for more than 25 years, Rick served as the CEO of the Financial Consumer Services Commission (FCNB), the independent, self-funded Crown corporation responsible for administering a wide range of consumer and investor protection legislation in New Brunswick. He previously worked with another Crown corporation for 13 years. He is a former naval officer and worked in the defence industry before entering the public service.
