About the Saint John (Grandview) Campus Redevelopment

NBCC's Saint John (Grandview) Campus, New Brunswick’s largest trades training centre, is ready for a new chapter. Our aging facilities no longer meet the needs of today’s learners or industry demands. Through this redevelopment, we will expand training capacity, reduce our physical footprint while increasing efficiency, lower annual operating costs, and eliminate millions in deferred maintenance.

This transformation is the result of a community-wide effort. It is made possible by substantial support from federal and provincial governments, strong private sector partner backing through the Going Beyond campaign, and additional investment from NBCC itself. This project is an investment in our College, our community, and New Brunswick’s future workforce.
