Rock Your Resolution 2025

Are you ready to reach your goals in 2025?

The health and wellbeing of students and staff is a top priority for NBCC.

Take part in NBCC’s Rock Your Resolution (RYR) challenge and learn more about services and support for students and staff, and how to prioritize your health and wellbeing.

The Concept

This is a three-week opportunity to challenge yourself to live a healthy lifestyle by changing habits and participating in various aspects of wellbeing.

Week one: FOOD – participate in healthy eating activities and fuel your whole self.

Week two: FOCUS – participate in wellbeing activities focused on brain health and the environment around you.

Week three: FITNESS – participate in physical activities to keep your body strong.

What you need to know

  • The three-week challenge runs from January 13th to January 31st, 2025.
  • Weekly themes are: FOOD, FOCUS, FITNESS
  • Participate in The 5 Ways to Wellbeing Quest (under Challenges) through Bright Breaks. Participation is captured through engagement in Bright Breaks activities, and you will be entered to win an NBCC bucket hat (one draw per NBCC location), at the end of the three weeks.
  • To help cheer you on, employee and student champions will be spreading the word and encouraging participation.

At the end of the challenge, participants who completed Breaks in all five Bright Break categories through The 5 Ways to Wellbeing Quest will also be eligible for a grand prize draw for a chance to win a Theragun Mini!
