Course Description: The New Brunswick Pesticide Applicator Core Exam, based on the Atlantic Canada Pesticide Applicator Core Training Manual (2006 Edition), is intended for individuals applying pesticide commercially (for fee or reward). The Pesticide Applicator Core Exam, taken with the appropriate (industry specific) component exam(s), complete(s) the total knowledge requirement for commercial/professional certification in New Brunswick. The New Brunswick Pesticide Applicator Core Exam tests the examinee’s understanding of the basic knowledge requirements for commercial/professional certification in New Brunswick.
 
The New Brunswick Aerial Pesticide Applicator  (Pilots) Exam, based on the National Aerial Pesticide Applicator Training Manual (2000 Edition), is intended for pilots handling aircraft to apply pesticide in agriculture, forestry/industrial and mosquito control.  The New Brunswick Aerial (Pilots) Pesticide Applicator Exam tests the candidate's understanding of the basic knowledge required for Aerial (Class A) certification in New Brunswick.
 
A passing grade of 75% or above is required to successfully pass these exams.
