In this course, students expand their understanding of ethical practices in real estate. Also, an overview of the risks of radon and the importance of radon awareness are explored in the context of a real estate broker’s duties and obligations.

- This course is offered in partnership with the New Brunswick Real Estate Association (NBREA). By registering for this course, you agree that we may share your name with our course partners - the New Brunswick Real Estate Association.
- Upon successful completion of the course, your name will be communicated to the NBREA as a suitable candidate for the real estate licensing course.
