Course Description: The New Brunswick Pesticide Applicator Core Exam, based on the Atlantic Canada Pesticide Applicator Core Training Manual (2006 Edition), is intended for individuals applying pesticide commercially (for fee or reward). The Pesticide Applicator Core Exam, taken with the appropriate (industry specific) component exam(s), complete(s) the total knowledge requirement for commercial/professional certification in New Brunswick. The New Brunswick Pesticide Applicator Core Exam tests the examinee's understanding of the basic knowledge requirements for commercial/ professional certification in New Brunswick.

The New Brunswick Structural Pesticide Applicator Exam is based on the New Brunswick Structural Pest Control Pesticide Safety Training Manual (1995 Edition). It is intended for individuals applying pesticide (for fee or reward) in a structural setting for the control of birds, rodents and structural pests. The Structural Pesticide Applicator Exam, taken with the Applicator Core Exam, completes the total knowledge requirement for commercial professional Structural Pesticide Applicator Certification (Class E) in New Brunswick. The New Brunswick Pesticide Applicator Structural Exam tests the candidate's understanding of the specific knowledge required for commercial/professional structural (Class E) certification in New Brunswick.

A passing grade of 75% or above is required to successfully pass these exams.
