Course Description: This course requires the basic knowledge of beer styles and brewing process discussed in the course, "Basics of Beer, Brewing and History." It provides an overview of the cellaring role, key responsibilities, professional requirements, and safety and quality control related to the cellaring role. It will also explore the brewing associations and employment opportunities in the industry beyond cellaring.

The course is for beer enthusiasts and anyone interested in learning about brewery cellar role.
