Course Description: In this course, students expand their understanding of ethical practices in real estate. Also, an overview of the risks of radon and the importance of radon awareness are explored in the context of a real estate broker’s duties and obligations.

Ce cours est offert en partenariat avec l’Association des agents immobiliers du Nouveau-Brunswick (AAINB). Ce cours porte sur des questions d'éthique et contient des informations sur le radon.
