Experience: Sky has worked in the education field in various roles since graduating from the University of New Brunswick in 2009. He founded and serves as Executive Director at Wolastoq Education Initiative, a non-profit organization which strives to support equal education opportunity for First Nation youth, located in Neqotkuk First Nation. Sky specializes in building valuable internal and external community relationships, creating and executing programs to improve youth engagement, improving academic outcomes, and creating outreach opportunities.
Behind the Scenes: Sky is a member of Neqotkuk First Nation and is proud father of two children, Sawyer and Oliver. As a graduate of the NBCC Adventure Recreation program, he enjoys the outdoors on his kayak, bicycle and hiking. He is also the Wolastoqey Chairman of Aboriginal Sport and Recreation New Brunswick.
