English Summer Pathway Program make it easier for students from non-English backgrounds to get ready for studies at NBCC.
If you meet NBCC’s academic requirements, but do not meet the English language requirements, you may be offered conditional admission.
Our Summer Pathway program is designed for students who need extra time and training to meet our English proficiency requirements, and who would like to benefit from additional transition time and academic preparation before full-time studies.
The English Summer Pathway Program (SPP) is a language, academic, and cultural immersion program to be launched in summer 2021 by NBCC and Mount Allison University.
The SPP is designed to bring together international students headed to NBCC and Mount Allison so they can live and study together on the Mount Allison campus in Sackville, New Brunswick (approx. 50 kms from Moncton) before the start of classes in the fall.

Applicants who already meet NBCC’s English language requirements may enroll in the SPP program for the final four weeks.

In order to enroll in the English Summer Pathway Program, you must first:
Secure your spot in the English Summer Pathway Program once admitted by paying a non-refundable deposit of $1,905 CAD by the scheduled deadlines provided below. The remaining fees are due at the beginning of your session. To make a deposit, see fee payments instructions (pdf).
12-week program - Application and deposit deadline: May 15th (first day of class is June 7).8-week program - Application and deposit deadline: June 15th (first day of class is July 5).4-week program - Application and deposit deadline: July 15th (first day of class is August 3).
Successfully complete English language college-preparatory studies with one of NBCC’s English language training partners.
