Request for Refund

Applicants impacted by CIP code, PGWP ineligible programs - refund request:

If you are eligible for a refund based on being in a PGWP-ineligible program, you may request a refund of your $1,500 CAD confirmation deposit and any paid tuition fees. 

Note: The $100 CAD application fee is non-refundable.

Important: Refund requests are final and cannot be reversed. To request a refund, you must complete the form below in full. The deadline for refund requests is December 3, 2024.

All international student refunds are issued back through PayMyTuition. Once PayMyTuition has received your banking and supporting documentation, your refund will be sent to PayMyTuition from NBCC, typically between 4 to 6 weeks from processing, an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to complete the transaction. This email is sent to the same email address that would be on your student file with NBCC.
