How to Apply (International Applicants with Valid Study Permit)

Step 1: Do You Have a Valid Study Permit?

This online application is ONLY for international applicants who already possess a valid Study Permit.

If you do not have a valid Study Permit, please visit here to apply.

Important: Please confirm you have a valid Study Permit before applying.

Step 2: Pick a Program and Confirm Availability

International admission to NBCC can be competitive, and as a result, program availability is subject to change throughout the year.

Important: Programs with limited availability are active in the application portal. If you can not find the program, that means the application for the intake or program you are searching for has been closed.

Step 3: Review Program Admission Requirements

Review the admission requirements needed for your desired program.

  • Approved Valid Study Permit
  • Official high school transcript (Please note that receiving only your diploma will not allow us to complete an evaluation on your application)
  • Other post-secondary transcripts (If Applicable)
  • Other admission documents required to assess the file (Examples: Proof of Language Requirements, Portfolio, etc.)

Step 4: Review Tuition and Fees

Review the costs associated with studying full time at NBCC.

Step 5: Submit your Application

When you apply online, the $100 application fee (non-refundable) payment is required before submitting your application.  [see PAYMENT OPTIONS]

You must have a valid Study Permit to apply through this portal. If you currently do not have a valid Study Permit, your application will be denied as not meeting Admission requirements.

Please note that your required documents can be uploaded when you submit your application online. Upload your valid Study Permit as it is a mandatory document.  Upload your Official High School (Secondary School) transcript(s) as a single attachment.  If applicable, please upload an official copy of any post-secondary supporting documents such as Diplomas, Certificates and/or Transcripts as a single attachment. Official transcripts normally bear the sending institution’s official seal, stamp or imprint, and the original signature of the issuer.  Documents in languages other than English or French must be accompanied by notarized English translations.  NBCC reserves the right to audit random files by contacting schools to validate.  Fraudulent activity will result in admission revocation.

Note: You can save & return to your application any time during the process prior to submitting it final.

Note: It will be important for you to provide an active e-mail address since many important communication pieces will be sent to you by e-mail. Ensure your email security settings are set to receive emails from NBCC. Check your junk mail if not receiving.
