This program builds upon the core skills learned in the Administrative Professional program. You'll learn medical software systems as well as medical terminology, standards, and practices. Our training and workplace experience will also provide you with expert problem solving and interpersonal skills to get you job ready. Medical administrative professionals are in high demand as hospitals need support to manage workflow and boost business efficiency.
The requirements for this diploma program may be achieved within two academic years of full-time study.

Successful delivery of the Administrative Professional: Health Services program requires an effective working relationship with the local health care community. Technology Requirements NBCC is a connected learning environment. All programs require a minimum specification, including access to the internet and a laptop. Your computer should meet your program technology requirements to ensure the software required for your program operates effectively. Free wifi is provided on all campuses. Please note that some textbook instruction for program courses is written for PC systems and students with MAC devices may not be able to follow this instruction step-by-step.
