Program Overview

Administrative professionals are valued members of the healthcare community. They are detail-oriented individuals who use their enhanced communication skills to work with patients and hospital staff. This program builds upon the core skills learned in the Administrative Professional program. You'll learn medical software systems as well as medical terminology, standards, and practices. Our training and workplace experience will also provide you with expert problem solving and interpersonal skills to get you job ready. Medical administrative professionals are in high demand as hospitals need support to manage workflow and boost business efficiency.


Duration

The requirements for this diploma program may be achieved within two academic years of full-time study.
