Credits: 0

Course Description: Would you like to know how to recognize signs and symptoms of mental illness in your child? Would you like to know more about the impact of social media on your child’s brain development and their mental health? Would you like to know more about how to support your child through loss, challenges, failure and difficulties with peers or at school? Let’s come together in a safe and educational environment to discuss how to become a more connected parent and how to recognize when your child needs you and how you can help them!
Why is this important?
-  To improve mental health and wellness long term for yourself and your family
-  To open the lines of communication with our children and allow a safe space for them to be vulnerable and talk about their challenges
-  To improve confidence to provide support to those that are impacted (child or loved one)
