For the ninth year in row, New Brunswick Community College (NBCC) has been named one of Atlantic Canada’s Top Employers. This special designation recognizes employers in the four Atlantic Provinces that offer exceptional places to work.    

“This year’s award is particularly special due to all of the challenges our staff have overcome while continuing to shine and place NBCC in the spotlight,” said Mary Butler, President and CEO of NBCC. “Our people, their steadfastness, determination, and commitment are what truly set NBCC apart.”   

Workplaces named to the Top Employers list are judged on eight criteria: physical workplace; work atmosphere and social opportunities; health, financial and family benefits; vacation and time off; employee communications; performance management; training and skills development; and community involvement.
