Flags at half mast for National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women
On Tuesday, Dec. 6, flags at all NBCC locations will fly at half-mast in recognition of the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women.
This annual observance marks the anniversary of the 1989 murders of 14 young women at l’Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal.
