Flags to fly at half mast

Please be advised that flags at all New Brunswick Community College (NBCC) locations will fly at half mast to mark the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women on Sunday, December 6. As buildings are closed for the weekend, flags will be lowered at close of business on Friday, December 4 and remain at half mast until business resumes on Monday, December 7.

This annual observance marks the anniversary of the 1989 murders of 14 young women at l’Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal.
