The following statement has been issued by Mary Butler, President and CEO of New Brunswick Community College (NBCC):
NBCC will suspend in-person classes for the week of March 16-20. NBCC will remain open for operations, and all buildings and services will be open to students and employees.
We will be taking this week to prioritize continuity planning to ensure we are able to support learners to every extent possible for the remainder of the school year. We will continue to provide updates as the situation evolves including the status of in-person classes going forward.
This is a rapidly moving situation with many unknowns and we appreciate our students' patience as we balance the health and safety of our college community with our commitment to support our students in their learning.
