FREDERICTON - For the third year in row, New Brunswick Community College (NBCC) is among Atlantic Canada's Top Employers according to the editors of Canada's Top Employers. The College is one of 30 organizations in the region being recognized for offering exceptional places to work.
“This recognition acknowledges the progress we have made towards creating a great place to work and learn,” said Marilyn Luscombe, NBCC President & CEO. “We are very proud to be recognized in this way but we’re also looking ahead to the future. Investing in and aligning the talents of employees across NBCC is a key strategy in achieving the goals outlined in Together We Rise: NBCC’s 2017-2022 Strategic Plan.”
The selection committee specifically highlighted NBCC’s commitment to support families through parental leave as well as other leave policies including two paid days annually to volunteer in our communities. The committee also noted the College’s commitment to wellbeing.
