ADVISORY: Half-masting of flags on Moncton Campus to honour the late Constable Francis Deschênes

Please be advised that flags at the NBCC Moncton campus will be flown at half-mast to honour the late Constable Francis Deschênes, who passed away on September 12, 2017. The flags will remain at half-mast from Monday, September 18, 2017, until sunset on the day of the memorial service, on Wednesday, September 20, 2017.
