Lead and support the development of EL opportunities by building clearly defined definitions and processes
Create improvements within work-integrated learning processes (co-op, internships, work experience, field placements, service learning, and entrepreneurship)
Develop, support, and communicate increased EL opportunities to students, partners, and faculty.
Improve the student placement agreement documentation.
Provide oversight and guidance to faculty and chairs on EL opportunities.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of EL with benchmarks and working with iResearch and provincial organizations to gather quality data to be used for improvements and innovation.
Reduce placement and financial barriers initiated by EL opportunities for students and faculty.
Implement a platform that connects students with EL partners, and opportunities and provides them with a record of their experiential learning.
Develop a consistent, straightforward process for creating EL opportunities resulting in 100% good to excellent partner and faculty satisfaction.
Create an awareness campaign launched to promote the EL framework, resources, and tools increasing partner engagement and the range of alternative EL opportunities.
