Mentees

Are you an aspiring entrepreneur or small business owner, and sometimes find yourself needing support and guidance to reach your goals? Did you know that as an OASIS participant you receive mentorship, professional development and networking opportunities to add value to your business?

Having a mentor to work with you one-on-one may take your idea or concept to the next step or help you make desired changes to your existing business. Mentoring is important. Your mentors will help fill knowledge gaps and seek opportunities to help you grow and excel. 

Your decision to become a mentee takes commitment. You will evaluate, listen, initiate and act upon things that will help you reach your goals. You will be rewarded in the experience and will gain insight into your idea or business while receiving valuable feedback.

Upon application, you will need to identify your specific business need. A mentor will then be matched to you based on the expertise you currently require.
