Application Program Change Request


INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS: If you are requesting a program change related to Fall 2025 PGWP-eligible fields of study do not use the form below. This is for Canadian applicant use only. Please see Scenario 3 > Option 3 on the following LINK for details on how to request a PGWP-eligible program change.
NBCC has 3 program commencement dates which are: Fall/Winter/Spring. Your change request must be submitted for any of these start dates.

If you have applied for Fall you may change your program for that same term and the next 2 terms (Winter and/or Spring)

If you have applied for Winter, you may change your program for that same term and the next 2 terms (Spring and/or Fall)

If you have applied for Spring, you may change your program for that same term and the next 2 terms (Fall and/or Winter)

If your application is cancelled it is not eligible for a program change. A new application must be submitted with payment of new fees.

This form is to make a change to a previously submitted application.

Program changes requested through this application will initiate a new date/time.

NOTE: your current choice will be automatically withdrawn and replaced with the program you’re currently requesting. You will receive an acknowledgement email for your new program choice once processed.

Please note that not every program at NBCC has a Fall, Winter & Spring start date. For a list of available programs and their start dates please check our Seats Available page.
