Application Portal FAQ

All individuals applying to an NBCC program that starts in January 2026. 

International applicants will begin applying for Winter 2026 programs in the new application portal as of December 10, 2024.

Canadian and Permanent Resident applicants will begin applying for Winter 2026 programs in January 2025.

One stop! All NBCC Admissions related questions, application updates, changes, payments, requirements, and document management happen in one place - the application portal.

Real-time Status Updates- Updates to your application by NBCC Admissions are reflected right away in your portal. You will see the most up to date information available regarding the status of your application.

Communications – Questions about your application? Use the “Send Message” button in our portal to talk directly to NBCC Admissions. All messages sent by you, and responses from Admissions, are available for review at any time in the Messages section, this way you won’t forget what has already been asked and answered.

Document Management – You will have up to date access regarding your admission documents, including:

• Required documents like transcripts, Proof of English Language proficiency, and portfolios.
• Notifications on missing documents and/or requirements.
• Access to view previously uploaded documents.
• Ability to download Letter of Acceptance (LOA) or Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL)
