We want our students to be able to fully participate in all NBCC educational activities. Therefore, you must be able to demonstrate adequate competence in English.
If you do not meet the English language requirements for admission to NBCC programs, you can apply directly to the University of New Brunswick Saint John College for admission into their English for Academic Purposes program.
Full participation in learning activities depends upon adequate proficiency in the language of instruction. In the case of non-Canadian transcripts, NBCC will require translation into either of the two official languages.
Adequate competency in the English language is required for international and permanent resident (landed immigrants) applicants.
