Accessibility Services

NBCC is for everyone. Our goal is to make sure all students have the opportunity to achieve their full academic potential.

If you have received accommodations and/or supports while you were in school, we encourage you to share your experience with us before you arrive so we can respond to your specific needs. We can accommodate those with mobility impairments, learning disabilities, psychiatric disabilities, as well as those who are visually and hearing impaired.

Here's how we can help

  • We will connect you with a Learning Strategist whose role is to help students requiring accommodations and to offer students appropriate supports.
  • Our campuses are equipped with the latest assistive technology. Wherever possible, we make every effort to be a fully-accessible institution.
  • Examples of support offered include assistive technology, tutoring, note-taking and test accommodations. View the full list of services.

  • Please make us aware of your disability-related needs before registration, so your campus can help you achieve the services you need in a timely manner.
  • Self-identify by completing the Accessibility Services for Students with Disabilities form (pdf) or contacting the College Admissions Service at 1‑888‑796‑NBCC.
  • Your information will be confidential in accordance with the New Brunswick Protection of Personal Information Act (pdf).
  • The College Admissions Service (CAS) will send your information to the campus.  The Learning Strategist will work with you to determine your needs and put in place appropriate academic supports and services.
