This certificate in User Experience (UX) Design aims to provide professionals with an introduction to the UI design process and basic UX principles, software and human-centered design techniques in order to develop technologically seamless products and services.
The User Experience (UX) Design certificate introduces students to the fast-growing and creative fields of user-centered research and design. Professionals trained as a user experience designer work in a variety of sectors where technology is or will become a vital part of operations and services: financial services and banking, human resources and organizational development, computer software development, business and professional services, healthcare, and manufacturing.
This program is designed for various professionals with preferably two to five years related work experience and an expressed interest in the user experience fields.
The UX Design Professional Development certificate program includes 10 days of in-class instruction scheduled over a five-month period.

Payment of course fees is required at time of registration. We accept cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, Money Order or cheque payable to New Brunswick Community College (NBCC).
Participants must be at least 16-years old, unless otherwise noted.
Books are available at the bookstore, prices quoted are approximate. The same payment methods listed above are accepted. There are no refunds for textbooks or materials.
Withdrawal/Refunds: Requests for withdrawal from Continuing Education courses must be made within 20% of course duration. Refunds may take 4-6 weeks to process. An administrative fee may apply.
