Course Description: This course has been designed to provide students with the opportunity to develop their selling, communication and negotiating skills to be successful in reaching sales goals. Students learn the importance of strong communication skills and explore negotiation styles, strategies, and tactics. In addition, students will develop the skills necessary to determine clients' needs and to communicate information effectively.
