Course Description: Human and social skills are essential in the professional sector as well as the daily life of a person. This two-day workshop will help learners gain a better understanding of key human and social skills such as adaptability, innovation, problem solving, collaboration, and digital fluency. Learners will explore different strategies to help them enhance and refine interpersonal, digital, and communication skills, as well as leadership and teamwork abilities that are increasingly important for success in the workplace.
