Course Overview

This workshop for employees and managers gives strategies to help you write more confidently. Learn to identify what your audience needs to know, plan your message, and communicate clearly and professionally. Review grammar and punctuation, avoid common writing errors and use a checklist for proofreading and editing. Apply techniques for writing emails, letters and reports that make a positive impression.

Payment of course fees is required at time of registration. We accept cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, Money Order or cheque payable to New Brunswick Community College (NBCC).

Participants must be at least 16-years old, unless otherwise noted.

Books are available at the bookstore, prices quoted are approximate. The same payment methods listed above are accepted. There are no refunds for textbooks or materials.

Withdrawal/Refunds: Requests for withdrawal from Continuing Education courses must be made within 20% of course duration. Refunds may take 4-6 weeks to process. An administrative fee may apply.
