Introduction to Yeast Management
Course Description:
This course provides an essential knowledge of brewing yeast and yeast management in brewing cellaring. Students will learn the importance of yeast, and handling and hygiene factors. A good understanding of the purpose of yeast and yeast management will provide better beer brewing.
This course is for beer enthusiasts and anyone interested in the fundamentals of yeast and yeast management in a brewery cellar.
