Course Description: This course introduces the significant role of quality control and necessary quality control measures critical for every brewery cellar to ensure the consistency and quality of beer production. Students will examine basic instruments that support accurate cellaring of beer, variables that can impact a batch, key items for analyzing beer quality in the cellar, and the standards that unite the control of quality.

The course is for beer enthusiasts and anyone interested in learning about the role of safety and quality control critical to successful brewery cellar operations.
