Education: BA in Philosophy and MBA from Saint Mary’s University, completed course work for MA in Philosophy at Western University (thesis in process), will complete MEd (Adult Education) in 2021.

Experience: A dedicated executive, educator, and transformation leader with experience in industrial, service, health care, and academic sectors, Kathryn is Senior Director at Peoplefit Solutions Inc. Her demonstrated expertise in training and development, leadership and coaching, strategic planning, and negotiations has earned her awards for Best Employer, Diversity in the Workplace, and senior business case competitions. A strong communicator with a knack for building strategic partnerships, she is committed to excellence in business performance and customer satisfaction. She also has municipal government experience, having served as a councillor for the Town of Nackawic.

Behind the Scenes: Kathryn is advanced TESOL-certified to teach English as a Second Language and has volunteered on Parent-Teacher councils and with Junior Achievement. She has recently started substitute teaching with MAGMA (Multicultural Association of the Greater Moncton Area). Kathryn enjoys playing golf, a sport inspired by her mother NB Hall of Fame inductee – Patricia Nolan-Edwards. With three children in post-secondary studies and a planned career change into the teaching profession, Kathryn is committed to improving quality and access to education in the province.
