We like to hire NBCC students because they are up to date on industry trends and are very safety oriented. We currently have 25 apprentices employed throughout 19 locations in the Maritimes with 10 employed in NB. We are planning to hire more. We believe the knowledge and capabilities of staff is integral to our, and their success, so there must be a willingness to continually learn and attend scheduled training. NBCC helps fill this gap and is instrumental to supplying employers with the next generation of tradespeople.
