Education: B.A. in Political Science (St. Francis Xavier University)
Experience: Wayne is currently Senior Vice President, External Relations, for the Irving Group of Companies. Prior to that, he was General Manager for Moncton Wildcats Hockey and Corporate VP Human Resources for Irving in Moncton.
Behind the Scenes: He has served in various capacities in a number of community based organizations over the years including Chambers of Commerce, N.S. Manufacturers Association, Home & School, HR Association of N.S. and has coached minor sport teams in hockey, basketball, and soccer. Currently, Wayne serves on the financial campaign cabinet for the Moncton Community Peace Centre, is a member of the Conference Board of Canada’s Community Investment Council, and is a volunteer mentor at Lou MacNarin School in Dieppe.
