Education: Studying a two-year program for Business Administration, Accounting, NBCC Moncton.

Experience: Ian is a second-year student at NBCC Moncton, where he is studying Business Administration, Accounting.  Prior to attending NBCC, he worked as a Telecommunications Specialist with Rogers for eight years, where he assisted customers with technical, service and billing inquiries, assisted in training new agents and helped fellow agents’ improve their performance statistics through coaching.  Ian describes himself as an entrepreneur, innovator, techie, outgoing and always positive.

Behind the Scenes: Ian is currently serving as the President of NBCC Moncton Students’ Union.  He is an active volunteer with Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard, NBCC’s student food bank.  Outside of the college, Ian volunteers at the Moncton Library where he runs two bi-weekly events for teens and community members.  He has also been a volunteer and mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada since 2010.
