Last call for NBCC Alumni Recognition Awards

FREDERICTON – The deadline is fast approaching to nominate an outstanding alumnus for the New Brunswick Community College (NBCC) Alumni Recognition Awards. The awards recognize and celebrate the contributions that NBCC graduates make in New Brunswick communities and beyond. Nominations close March 24, 2016.

At 80,000 and growing, NBCC alumni are making an impact both economically and socially through professional excellence and leadership, entrepreneurship and volunteerism. The awards mark alumni achievements through the following award categories:

  • Community Leadership: Aligned with NBCC’s Robertson Institute for Community Leadership, this award recognizes an alumna or alumnus who has made significant contributions to New Brunswick communities.
  • Entrepreneurship: This award recognizes an alumna or alumnus who has built a successful business.
  • Outstanding Young Alumni: This award recognizes an alumna or alumnus under the age of 35 who has demonstrated success in their chosen field.
  • NBCC Signature Award - Friend of New Brunswick: This award recognizes an alumna or alumnus who has made significant contributions to the culture, reputation, or economic prosperity of the Province of New Brunswick.
